As Yurtfan Havalandırma Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Yurtfan”), we value the security of your personal data. This notice explains the purposes and legal grounds for processing personal data, the parties to whom it may be transferred, and your rights as a data subject under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

1. Data Controller

Your personal data may be processed by Yurtfan, acting as the data controller, within the scope explained below.

2. Personal Data That May Be Processed

When you contact Yurtfan by telephone, email, WhatsApp or other communication channels, your name, telephone number, email address, company and position information, quotation and project requests, and other information you provide may be processed. During website visits, limited technical data such as IP addresses and connection logs may be generated by the hosting service for security and service operation.

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

• Managing enquiries, quotations, projects and after-sales support,
• Managing customer and supplier relations,
• Fulfilling contractual, accounting and legal obligations,
• Maintaining information security and operating the website securely,
• Responding to lawful requests from authorized public bodies and institutions.

4. Legal Grounds and Collection Methods

Personal data may be collected automatically or non-automatically through telephone, email, WhatsApp, face-to-face meetings, commercial relations and the website. Data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK, including explicit provision by law, establishment or performance of a contract, fulfilment of a legal obligation, establishment or protection of a right, and the legitimate interests of the data controller. Separate consent is obtained where explicit consent is required.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred, only to the extent required for the stated purposes and in accordance with the conditions prescribed by the KVKK, to authorized public institutions and to information technology, hosting, accounting, legal or logistics service providers.

6. Your Rights Under the KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom it is transferred; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction where the applicable conditions are met; object to an adverse result arising from automated processing; and claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.

7. Applications

You may submit requests under the KVKK to Yurtfan through the contact channels below, with an application identifying you and explaining your request. Applications will be concluded within the period prescribed by law.
